And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

1). The plan of the Triune Godhead was that the Second Person of the Godhead, the LORD God/the Pre-incarnate Christ would die for the sins of the world. This was planned out before the earth was created.
