1. “And in the vine were three branches: and it was as though it budded, and her blossoms shot forth; and the clusters thereof brought forth ripe grapes:”

a. [And in the] vine [Strong: 1612 gephen, gheh'-fen; from an unused root meaning to bend; a vine (as twining), especially the grape:—vine, tree.]

b. [were] three [Strong: 7969 shâlôwsh, shaw-loshe'; or שָׁלֹשׁ shâlôsh; masculine שְׁלוֹשָׁה shᵉlôwshâh; or שְׁלֹשָׁה shᵉlôshâh; a primitive number; three; occasionally (ordinal) third, or (multiple) thrice:—+ fork, + often(-times), third, thir(-teen, -teenth), three, + thrice.]

c. branches [Strong: 8299 sârîyg, saw-reeg'; from H8276; a tendril (as entwining):—branch.]

d. [and] it was [Strong: 1931 hûwʼ, hoo; of which the feminine (beyond the Pentateuch) is הִיא hîyʼ; he a primitive word, the third person pronoun singular; he (she or it); only expressed when emphatic or without a verb; also (intensively) self, or (especially with the article) the same; sometimes (as demonstrative) this or that; occasionally (instead of copula) as or are:—he, as for her, him(-self), it, the same, she (herself), such, that (...it), these, they, this, those, which (is), who.]

e. budded [Strong: 6524 pârach, paw-rakh'; a primitive root; to break forth as a bud, i.e. bloom; generally, to spread; specifically, to fly (as extending the wings); figuratively, to flourish:—× abroad, × abundantly, blossom, break forth (out), bud, flourish, make fly, grow, spread, spring (up).]

f. [and her] blossoms [Strong: 5322 nêts, nayts; from H5340; a flower (from its brilliancy); also a hawk (from it flashing speed):—blossom, hawk.]

g. shot forth [Strong: 5927 ʻâlâh, aw-law'; a primitive root; to ascend, intransitively (be high) or actively (mount); used in a great variety of senses, primary and secondary, literal and figurative:—arise (up), (cause to) ascend up, at once, break (the day) (up), bring (up), (cause to) burn, carry up, cast up, shew, climb (up), (cause to, make to) come (up), cut off, dawn, depart, exalt, excel, fall, fetch up, get up, (make to) go (away, up); grow (over) increase, lay, leap, levy, lift (self) up, light, (make) up, × mention, mount up, offer, make to pay, perfect, prefer, put (on), raise, recover, restore, (make to) rise (up), scale, set (up), shoot forth (up), (begin to) spring (up), stir up, take away (up), work.]

h. [and the] clusters [Strong: 811 ʼeshkôwl, esh-kole'; or אֶשְׁכֹּל ʼeshkôl; probably prolonged from H810; a bunch of grapes or other fruit:—cluster (of grapes).]

i. brought forth ripe [Strong: 1310 bâshal, baw-shal'; a primitive root; properly, to boil up; hence, to be done in cooking; figuratively to ripen:—bake, boil, bring forth, roast, seethe, sod (be sodden).]

j. grapes [Strong: 6025 ʻênâb, ay-nawb'; from an unused root probably meaning to bear fruit; a grape:—(ripe) grape, wine.]

1). This is an example of the word of wisdom, one of the gifts of the Spirit in operation. Kenneth E. Hagin writes in “Concerning Spiritual Gifts”: “The difference between the two gifts, the word of knowledge and the word of wisdom is that the revelation which the word of knowledge brings is always present tense or something which happened in the past. The word of wisdom always speaks of the future.”

2). Because of a time marker in Genesis 41:1 we know that the dreams of the butler and the baker and Joseph giving them the interpretations, took place two years before Pharoah dreamed his dreams. Since Joseph was promoted to second in command in Egypt shortly after Joseph gave Pharoah the interpretation of his dream, Joseph was 28 at this time.

a). Genesis 41:1 And it came to pass at the end of two full years, that Pharaoh dreamed: and, behold, he stood by the river.

3). Don Costello: When Joseph was sold into slavery he was 17 (Genesis 37:1-36). 13 years go by before Pharaoh promoted him to second in command of Egypt, when he was 30 (Genesis 41:46). The time in prison because of the false claim of attempted rape of Potiphar’s wife was some where over two years; because the time between Joseph giving the  interpretations of the dreams of the butler and baker was two years previous to Pharoah having his dreams. Because there is no other information given I’m guessing that Joseph was a slave in Potiphar’s house for about ten or eleven years.
