And thou shalt anoint the laver and his foot, and sanctify it.

1. “And thou shalt anoint the laver and his foot, and sanctify it.”

a. [And thou shalt] anoint [Strong: 4886 מָשַׁח mâshach, maw-shakh'; a primitive root; to rub with oil, i.e. to anoint; by implication, to consecrate; also to paint:—anoint, paint.]
