1. “In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely…”

a. [In his] days [Strong: 3117 yôwm, yome; from an unused root meaning to be hot; a day (as the warm hours), whether literal (from sunrise to sunset, or from one sunset to the next), or figurative (a space of time defined by an associated term), (often used adverb):—age, always, chronicals, continually(-ance), daily, ((birth-), each, to) day, (now a, two) days (agone), elder, × end, evening, (for) ever(-lasting, -more), × full, life, as (so) long as (... live), (even) now, old, outlived, perpetually, presently, remaineth, × required, season, × since, space, then, (process of) time, as at other times, in trouble, weather, (as) when, (a, the, within a) while (that), × whole ( age), (full) year(-ly), younger.]

b. Judah [Strong: 3063 Yᵉhûwdâh, yeh-hoo-daw'; from H3034; celebrated; Jehudah (or Judah), the name of five Israelites; also of the tribe descended from the first, and of its territory:—Judah.]

c. [will be] saved [Strong: 3467 yâshaʻ, yaw-shah'; a primitive root; properly, to be open, wide or free, i.e. (by implication) to be safe; causatively, to free or succor:—× at all, avenging, defend, deliver(-er), help, preserve, rescue, be safe, bring (having) salvation, save(-iour), get victory.]

d. [and] Israel [Strong: 3478  Yisrâʼêl, yis-raw-ale'; from H8280 and H410; he will rule as God; Jisraël, a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity:—Israel.]

e. [shall] dwell [Strong: 7931 shâkan, shaw-kan'; a primitive root (apparently akin (by transmission) to H7901 through the idea of lodging; compare H5531, H7925); to reside or permanently stay (literally or figuratively):—abide, continue, (cause to, make to) dwell(-er), have habitation, inhabit, lay, place, (cause to) remain, rest, set (up).]

f. safely [Strong: 983 beṭach, beh'takh; from H982; properly, a place of refuge; abstract, safety, both the fact (security) and the feeling (trust); often (adverb with or without preposition) safely:—assurance, boldly, (without) care(-less), confidence, hope, safe(-ly, -ty), secure, surely.]

2.  “...and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.”

a. [and] this [is] [Strong: zeh zeh a primitive word; the masculine demonstrative pronoun, this or that:--he, X hence, X here, it(-self), X now, X of him, the one...the other, X than the other, (X out of) the (self) same, such (a one) that, these, this (hath, man), on this side...on that side, X thus, very, which. ]

b. [his] name [Strong: 8034 shêm, shame; a primitive word [perhaps rather from H7760 through the idea of definite and conspicuous position; compare H8064]; an appellation, as a mark or memorial of individuality; by implication honor, authority, character:—+ base, (in-) fame(-ous), named(-d), renown, report.]

c. whereby [Strong: 834 'aher ash-er' a primitive relative pronoun (of every gender and number); who, which, what, that; also (as an adverb and a conjunction) when, where, how, because, in order that, etc.:--X after, X alike, as (soon as), because, X every, for, + forasmuch, + from whence, + how(-soever), X if, (so) that ((thing) which, wherein), X though, + until, + whatsoever, when, where (+ -as, -in, -of, -on, -soever, -with), which, whilst, + whither(- soever), who(-m, -soever, -se). As it is indeclinable, it is often accompanied by the personal pronoun expletively, used to show the connection.]

d. [he shall be] called [Strong: 7121 qârâʼ, kaw-raw'; a primitive root (rather identical with H7122 through the idea of accosting a person met); to call out to (i.e. properly, address by name, but used in a wide variety of applications):—bewray (self), that are bidden, call (for, forth, self, upon), cry (unto), (be) famous, guest, invite, mention, (give) name, preach, (make) proclaim(-ation), pronounce, publish, read, renowned, say.]

e. THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS [Strong: 3072 Yᵉhôvâh tsidqênûw, ye-ho-vaw' tsid-kay'-noo; from H3068 and H6664 with pronominal suffix; Jehovah (is) our right; Jehovah-Tsidkenu, a symbolical epithet of the Messiah and of Jerusalem:—the Lord our righteousness.]

1). From a New Covenant position none of us is righteous, no one.

a). Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.

2). But that is not the end of the story, praise God. Paul wrote under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost that faith in Christ Jesus, imparts to us the righteousness of God.

a). Romans 3:20, 21 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

3). Institute of Creation Research Daily Devotional 10/29/11: There are seven compound names of Jehovah in Scripture which together provide profound insight into the person and work of our Lord. The first of these identifies Jehovah, the God of the Covenant, with the Creator "the LORD God |'Jehovahelohim'| |who| made the earth and the heavens" (Genesis 2:4). On finding a ram to sacrifice in place of his son, Isaac, "Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh |the Lord will provide|" (Genesis 22:14). Contingent upon their keeping the law, God promised the people of Israel that "I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee |literally, 'Jehovah-rapha'|" (Exodus 15:26). Fresh from a miraculous victory in the first battle of the people of Israel, "Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi |Jehovah the Victor|" (Exodus 17:15). Once the Lord had commissioned Gideon to lead the people of Israel out of bondage, "Gideon built an altar there unto the LORD, and called it Jehovahshalom |Jehovah sends peace|" (Judges 6:24). In a passage concerning the future regathering and conversion of Israel quoted in our text, we see that Israel refers to the "Lord our righteousness |'Jehovah-tsidkenu'|." Finally, in the last verse of his book, Ezekiel describes the absorbing charm of the heavenly city and the One who will preside over it, claiming, "The name of the city from that day shall be, The LORD is there |'Jehovah-shama,' Jehovah the indweller|" (Ezekiel 48:35).  And best of all, He is all seven to us.
