b. YLT: Into all the earth hath their line gone forth, And to the end of the world their sayings, For the sun He placed a tent in them,
c. Amplified Bible Classic: Yet their voice [in evidence] goes out through all the earth, their sayings to the end of the world. Of the heavens has God made a tent for the sun,
d. Septuagint [Psalm 19:4 in our Bible is Psalm 18:5 in the Septuagint]: Their voice is gone out into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.
e. Stone Edition Torah/Prophets/Writings [Psalm 19:4 in our Bible is Psalm 19:5 in Jewish Bibles]: [But] their precision goes forth throughout the earth, and their words reach the end of the inhabited world. In their midst He has set up a tent for the sun.
1. “Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world.”

1). It is very significant that this verse is quoted by the Apostle Paul in Romans 10:18.
a). Romans 10:17, 18 “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
10:18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes, verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.”
2). It is also significant that the Greek word for “word” used in Romans 10:17 and in Romans 10:18 is “rhema” .
a). W. E. Vine, Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words: “The significance of rhema (as distinct from logos) is exemplified in the injunction to take “the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” Ephesians 6:17; here the reference is not to the whole Bible as such, but to the individual Scripture which the Spirit brings to our remembrance for use in time of need, a prerequisite being the regular storing of the mind with Scripture.”
b). This is a personal “word” brought to us by the Spirit of God.
3). This matches perfectly the Scriptures in Romans 1:20, 21 in speaking of the amount of revelation or light the people had of the things of God.
a). Romans 1:20, 21 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
(1) knew [1097 * ginosko ] [W. E. Vine: “In the N.T. ginosko frequently indicates a relation between the person knowing and the object known; in this respect, what is known is of volue or importance to the one who knows, and hence the establishment of the relationship especially of God’s knowledge.”
(2) The revelation they received was a “rhema” or personal word from God. They “knew” God. One of the ways they received that knowledge was through his creation, which included the revelation of the stars.
2. “In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun”
a. [in them he hath] set [Strong: 7760 sûwm, soom; or שִׂים sîym; a primitive root; to put (used in a great variety of applications, literal, figurative, inferentially, and elliptically):—× any wise, appoint, bring, call (a name), care, cast in, change, charge, commit, consider, convey, determine, disguise, dispose, do, get, give, heap up, hold, impute, lay (down, up), leave, look, make (out), mark, name, × on, ordain, order, paint, place, preserve, purpose, put (on), regard, rehearse, reward, (cause to) set (on, up), shew, stedfastly, take, × tell, tread down, (over-)turn, × wholly, work.]
b. [a] tabernacle [Strong: 168 ʼôhel, o'-hel; from H166; a tent (as clearly conspicuous from a distance):—covering, (dwelling) (place), home, tabernacle, tent.]
c. [for the] sun [Strong: 8121 shemesh, sheh'-mesh; from an unused root meaning to be brilliant; the sun; by implication, the east; figuratively, a ray, i.e. (architectural) a notched battlement:— east side(-ward), sun (rising), west(-ward), window.]
1). In the book of Malichi the “sun” is identified as the Messiah.
a). Malachi 4:2 “But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings…”
