Ezekiel 36:31

Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations.

The Millennial Kingdom, John Walvoord, p.317, 318: “Another important factor in the millennium is the fact that the curse which descended upon the physical world because of Adam’s sin is apparently lifted during the millennium. According to the prophet Isaiah: The wilderness and the dry land shall be glad: and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose. I will also save you from all your uncleannesses: and I will call for the corn, and will increase it, and lay no famine upon you.

1). The time context of this is after the return of Christ. Israel will recognize Christ as their Messiah and as a nation will declare Him Lord. This passage is referring to Israel as a nation being born again. This phrase a new spirit and a new heart is referring to the New Birth of the New Covenant.

2). Israel shall be saved as a nation, it is an Old Covenant promise, but will not be fulfilled until the return of Christ.
