1). This Hilkiah was not the high priest who found a copy of the Law, referenced in 2 Kings 22:8. That particular Hilkiah was  a high priest, who would have been living in Jerusalem. Whereas the Hilkiah who was Jeremiah’s father dwelt in Anathoth. Hilkiah was a common male Jewish name.

a). 2 Chronicles 34:14, 15 And when they brought out the money that was brought into the house of the Lord, Hilkiah the priest found a book of the law of the Lord given by Moses.
34:15 And Hilkiah answered and said to Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the law in the house of the Lord. And Hilkiah delivered the book to Shaphan.

b). 2 Kings 22:8 And Hilkiah the high priest said unto Shaphan the scribe, I have found the book of the law in the house of the LORD. And Hilkiah gave the book to Shaphan, and he read it.

2. “…of the priests that were in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin:”

a. of [Strong: 4480 min min or minniy {min-nee'}; or minney (constructive plural) {min-nay'}; (Isaiah 30:11); for 4482; properly, a part of; hence (prepositionally), from or out of in many senses (as follows):--above, after, among, at, because of, by (reason of), from (among), in, X neither, X nor, (out) of, over, since, X then, through, X whether, with.]

b. [the] priests [Strong: 3548 kôhên, ko-hane'; active participle of H3547; literally one officiating, a priest; also (by courtesy) an acting priest (although a layman):—chief ruler, × own, priest, prince, principal officer.]

c. that [were] [Strong: 834 'aher ash-er' a primitive relative pronoun (of every gender and number); who, which, what, that; also (as an adverb and a conjunction) when, where, how, because, in order that, etc.:--X after, X alike, as (soon as), because, X every, for, + forasmuch, + from whence, + how(-soever), X if, (so) that ((thing) which, wherein), X though, + until, + whatsoever, when, where (+ -as, -in, -of, -on, -soever, -with), which, whilst, + whither(- soever), who(-m, -soever, -se). As it is indeclinable, it is often accompanied by the personal pronoun expletively, used to show the connection.]

d. [in] Anathoth [Strong: 6068 ʻĂnâthôwth, an-aw-thoth'; plural of H6067; Anathoth, the name of two Israelites, also of a place in Pal:—Anathoth.]

e. [in the] land [Strong: 776 ʼerets, eh'-rets; from an unused root probably meaning to be firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a land):—× common, country, earth, field, ground, land, × natins, way, + wilderness, world.]

f. [of] Benjamin [Strong: 1144 Binyâmîyn, bin-yaw-mene'; from H1121 and H3225; son of (the) right hand; Binjamin, youngest son of Jacob; also the tribe descended from him, and its territory:—Benjamin.]

1). Anathoth was one of the cities given to the Levites as commanded by Moses. The fact that this Hilkiah lived in Anathoth and not in Jerusalem shows this was not the same hilkiah who found a copy of the law.

a). Joshua 21:8-19 And the children of Israel gave by lot unto the Levites these cities with their suburbs, as the Lord commanded by the hand of Moses.
21:9 And they gave out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, these cities which are here mentioned by name.
21:10 Which the children of Aaron, being of the families of the Kohathites, who were of the children of Levi, had: for theirs was the first lot.
21:11 And they gave them the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron, in the hill country of Judah, with the suburbs thereof round about it.
21:12 But the fields of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for his possession.
21:13 Thus they gave to the children of Aaron the priest Hebron with her suburbs, to be a city of refuge for the slayer; and Libnah with her suburbs,
21:14 And Jattir with her suburbs, and Eshtemoa with her suburbs,
21:15 And Holon with her suburbs, and Debir with her suburbs,
21:16 And Ain with her suburbs, and Juttah with her suburbs, and Bethshemesh with her suburbs; nine cities out of those two tribes.
21:17 And out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with her suburbs, Geba with her suburbs,
21:18 Anathoth with her suburbs, and Almon with her suburbs; four cities.
21:19 All the cities of the children of Aaron, the priests, were thirteen cities with their suburbs.

2). Anathoth was a city less than 5 miles from Jerusalem.
