Psalm 139:14
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:
marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

1). I personally believe that David
knew because he was shown by God, and when David was shown how the baby and
quite possibly himself was formed in the womb, it instilled in him a
reverential fear of the LORD and also marvelous wonder.
