And Isaac gave up the ghost, and died, and was gathered unto his people, being old and full of days: and his sons Esau and Jacob buried him.

f. [and] Jacob [Strong: 3290 Ya`aqob yah-ak-obe' from 6117; heel-catcher (i.e. supplanter); Jaakob, the Israelitish patriarch:--Jacob.]

g. buried [Strong: 6912 qabar kaw-bar' a primitive root; to inter:--X in any wise, bury(-ier).]

h. him [Strong: 853 'eth ayth apparent contracted from 226 in the demonstrative sense of entity; properly, self (but generally used to point out more definitely the object of a verb or preposition, even or namely):--(as such unrepresented in English).

1). This means that Jacob and Esau were 120 years old because Isaac was 60 years old when they were born.

a). Genesis 25:24-26  And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.

25:25 And the first came out red, all over like an hairy garment; and they called his name Esau.

25:26 And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob: and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare them.

2). Joseph was 30 when he was exalted to Prime Minister of Egypt.

a). Genesis 41:46 And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Egypt.

3). Add to that the seven years of plenty.

a). Genesis 41:47 And in the seven plenteous years the earth brought forth by handfuls.

4). And the two years of famine, it makes Joseph 39 years old.

a). Genesis 45:6 For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest.

5). Since Jacob was 130 years old when he was brought down to Egypt to live and Joseph was 39 at that time.

a). Genesis 47:8, 9 And Pharaoh said unto Jacob, How old art thou?

47:9 And Jacob said unto Pharaoh, The days of the years of my pilgrimage are an hundred and thirty years: few and evil have the days of the years of my life been, and have not attained unto the days of the years of the life of my fathers in the days of their pilgrimage.

            6). Then that means Jacob was 91 when Joseph was born in Haran.
