1 Timothy 4:14

Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.

a. NLT: Do not neglect the spiritual gift you received through the prophecy spoken over you when the elders of the church laid their hands on you.

b. NIV: Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through prophecy when the body of elders laid their hands on you.
     
c. YLT: Be not careless of the gift in thee, that was given thee through prophecy, with laying on of the hands of the eldership;

d. Amplified Bible Classic: Do not neglect the gift which is in you, [that special inward endowment] which was directly imparted to you [by the Holy Spirit] by prophetic utterance when the elders laid their hands upon you [at your ordination].

e. Worrell Translation: Neglect not the gift that is in you, which was given you through prophecy, with laying on of the hands of the eldership.

f. Wuest Translation: Do not keep on neglecting the spiritual enduement which is in you, which was given to you through prophecy in connection with the imposition of the hands of the body of elders.

1. Neglect not the gift that is in thee

a. Neglect [Strong: 272 ameleo am-el-eh'-o from 1 (as a negative particle) and 3199; to be careless of:--make light of, neglect, be negligent, no regard.]

b. not [Strong: 3361 me may a primary particle of qualified negation (whereas 3756 expresses an absolute denial); (adverb) not, (conjunction) lest; also (as an interrogative implying a negative answer (whereas 3756 expects an affirmative one)) whether:--any but (that), X forbear, + God forbid, + lack, lest, neither, never, no (X wise in), none, nor, (can-)not, nothing, that not, un(-taken), without. 2. “…which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.”

a. which [Strong: 3739 hos hos, including feminine he hay, and neuter ho ho probably a primary word (or perhaps a form of the article 3588); the relatively (sometimes demonstrative) pronoun, who, which, what, that:--one, (an-, the) other, some, that, what, which, who(-m, -se), etc.]
