But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O LORD, make no tarrying.

c. [and] needy [Strong: 34 ʼebyôwn, eb-yone'; from H14, in the sense of want (especially in feeling); destitute:—beggar, needy, poor (man).]

d. [make] haste [unto me] [Strong: 2363 chûwsh, koosh; a primitive root; to hurry; figuratively, to be eager with excitement or enjoyment:—(make) haste(-n), ready.]

k. tarrying [Strong: 309 ʼâchar, aw-khar'; a primitive root; to loiter (i.e. be behind); by implication to procrastinate:—continue, defer, delay, hinder, be late (slack), stay (there), tarry (longer).]
