Romans 12:8

Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

1). These are the seven motivational gifts. Given to believers, these giftings motivate the believer to operate in the body of Christ where God designed them to function.
