And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered.

1. “And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth…”

h. [were] covered [Strong: 3680 kacah kaw-saw' a primitive root; properly, to plump, i.e. fill up hollows; by implication, to cover (for clothing or secrecy):--clad self, close, clothe, conceal, cover (self), (flee to) hide, overwhelm.]

1). No matter where in any mountains whether in the bottom or in the top you will find marine fossils. Modern geology will give you the stupid untruth that the fossils at the tops of mountains show that so many millions of years ago the top of the mountain was in an ocean millions of years ago. The truth is that the flood of Noah covered all the tops of the mountains.

a).  The Geology of Mount Everest:  At the tops of the highest peaks, like that of Mount Everest, it is possible to find 400-million-year-old fossils of sea creatures and shells that were deposited at the bottom of shallow tropical seas. b). Henry M. Morris, The Genesis Record, p.201: All the mountains “under the whole heaven” were inundated under at least fifteen cubits of water (half the height of the Ark, probably representing its depth of submergence), telling us that the Ark could float freely over all the mountains. These would patently include at least the mountains of Ararat, the highest peak of which reaches 17,000 feet. A 17,000 foot Flood is not a local flood!
