Acts 25:10
Then said Paul, I stand at Caesar's judgment seat, where I ought to be judged: to the Jews have I done no wrong, as thou very well knowest.

1). Acts of the Apostles, Robert A, Tourville: Paul wants only to be tried fairly. He would not get a fair trial at Jerusalem. He reiterated that he “had done no wrong to the Jews.” Paul impresses that justice has not been afforded him, for if it had Festus would had freed him. The word for “know” (epiginosko) is a strengthened word for knowledge by his experience. Festus knew the Jews had proved no charge against Paul.
2). It is unclear if Festus knew of the plot to kill Paul. It is clear that his predecessor, Felix did know because he was told by the chief captain in writing.

23:27 This man was taken of the Jews, and should have been killed of them: then came I with an army, and rescued him, having understood that he was a Roman.

23:29 Whom I perceived to be accused of questions of their law, but to have nothing laid to his charge worthy of death or of bonds.
23:30 And when it was told me how that the Jews laid wait for the man, I sent straightway to thee, and gave commandment to his accusers also to say before thee what they had against him. Farewell.
