Isaiah 63:6

And I will tread down the people in mine anger, and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.

a. ASV: And I trod down the peoples in mine anger, and made them drunk in my wrath, and I poured out their lifeblood on the earth.

1. “And I will tread down the people in mine anger…”

2. “...and make them drunk in my fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.”
