And when the camp setteth forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering vail, and cover the ark of testimony with it:

 

a. The first thing that was done when the LORD determined for Israel to break camp and move, the priests would come and take down the veil between the Holy place and the Holy of Holies. They would then cover the ark of testimony with it.
