Matthew 8:3
And Jesus put
forth his hand, and
touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was
cleansed.

out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” And instantly the
leprosy disappeared.

reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!”
Immediately he was cleansed of his leprosy.

stretched forth the hand, Jesus touched him, saying, 'I will, be thou

1). Even though Jesus healed the man, Jesus still operated under the Old Covenant and he
expected the man to obey the Old Covenant commands also.
