Serving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews:

1. “Serving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations…”

a. Serving [Strong: 1398. douleuo dool-yoo'-o from 1401; to be a slave to (literal or figurative, involuntary or voluntary):--be in bondage, (do) serve(-ice).]

b. the [Strong: 3588.
