Deuteronomy 33:26 

There is none like unto the God of Jeshurun, who rideth upon the heaven in thy help, and in his excellency on the sky.

a. [There is] none [Strong: 369 ʼayin, ah'-yin; as if from a primitive root meaning to be nothing or not exist; a nonentity; generally used as a negative particle:—else, except, fail, (father-) less, be gone, in(-curable), neither, never, no (where), none, nor, (any, thing), not, nothing, to nought, past, un(-searchable), well-nigh, without.]

b. [unto the] God [Strong: 410 ʼêl, ale; shortened from H352; strength; as adjective, mighty; especially the Almighty (but used also of any deity):—God (god), × goodly, × great, idol, might(-y one), power, strong.]

1). The Classic Amplified and the Jewish Translation nail it the best and need repeating.

a). Classic Amplified: There is none like God, O Jeshurun [Israel], Who rides through the heavens to your help and in His majestic glory through the skies.

2). This is of course a Mosaic Covenant promise. That God would travel across heaven to come to their aid. A related verse is found in Jeremiah.

a). Jeremiah 31:37 Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.

b) The farthest star we have seen in our telescopes is 12.9 billion light years from earth. At the speed of light which is 186,000 miles a second, it would take 12.9 billion light years to travel across this distance.
