1. “And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region.”

In composition it retains the same general importance.]

f. all [Strong: 3650 * holos hol'-os a primary word; "whole" or "all", i.e. complete (in extent, amount, time or degree), especially (neuter) as noun or adverb:--all, altogether, every whit, + throughout, whole.]

h. region [Strong: 5561 * chora kho'-rah feminine of a derivative of the base of 5490 through the idea of empty expanse; room, i.e. a space of territory (more or less extensive; often including its inhabitants):--coast, county, fields, ground, land, region.]

1). Scripture does not say how long the Apostles were in Pisidian Antioch, but it does say          God’s word was published throughout the region, i.e., Pisidia.

a). Pisidia [Unger’s Bible Dictionary] “A mountainous district in Asia Minor, north of Pamphylia, twice visited by Paul, and in which he was probable “in peril of robbers”. It was overrun with desperate bands of men who resisted the power of Rome.”]

b). Though Scripture does not mention any specific persecutions in Antioch, in his second letter to Timothy Paul wrote that Timothy should remember the example of how Paul faced persecution in Antioch and how God delivered him.

(1) 2 Timothy 3:10, 11 But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
3:11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came to me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
