And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

1). Jesus operated under the Old Covenant (Romans 15:8), and here he told the cleansed leper to go to the priest and be obedient to what Moses commanded which is in Leviticus 14:1-20. Also here Jesus verified that Mose wrote the book of Leviticus.
2. “...for a testimony unto them.”
