Genesis 18:13
And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh,
saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old?”

1). Abraham of course was clueless;
Sarah was not only behind them, but her laugh and what she said was only a
thought, but God heard it. An interesting part of this is God responded to
Abraham who knew nothing, and not to Sarah who thought it. But of course the
Lord said it loud enough for her to hear.
