Ezekiel 37:5

Ezekiel 37:5

Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:

a. NLT: This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Look! I am going to put breath into you and make you live again!

b. NIV: This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath[fn] enter you, and you will come to life.

c. YLT: Thus said the Lord Jehovah to these bones: Lo, I am bringing into you a spirit, and ye have lived,

1. “Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones…”

a. d. [unto these] bones [Strong: 6106 `etsem eh'tsem from 6105; a bone (as strong); by extension, the body; figuratively, the substance, i.e. (as pron.) selfsame:--body, bone, X life, (self-)same, strength, X very.]

2.  “…Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:”
