And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.

1. “And the voice spake unto him again the second time...”
a. And [Strong: 2532. kai kahee apparently, a primary particle, having a copulative and sometimes also a cumulative force; and, also, even, so then, too, etc.; often used in connection (or composition) with other particles or small words:--and, also, both, but, even, for, if, or, so, that, then, therefore, when, yet.]

2. “...What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.”

1). Robert A. Tourville, Acts of the Apostles: The ceremonial law was fulfilled in the true Lamb of God who came and was slaughtered for the sin of the world. Gentiles as well as Jews were included. These ceremonial laws had led Jews to Christ. The reality replaces the object lessons. The distinction between the unholy and holy now is abolished.All are God’s; all may become holy. The animals, if sanctified to God by prayer, are not to be rejected but eaten with thanksgiving(1 Timothy 4:4, 5)...God is leading Peter that he is now separating (making holy) Gentiles to Himself. This means as Gentiles, they were to be marked off for Him. They were not to be made clean by becoming Jewish proselytes, for there was no distinction between clean Jews and unclean Gentiles.
2). Don Costello: Jews and Gentiles were made clean by the blood of Christ. To which if they have it applied to their spirits by believing what God did through the death and resurrection of Christ, getting born again. They were saved.
