I rejoice therefore that I have confidence in you in all things.

1. “I rejoice therefore that I have confidence in you in all things.”

a. [I] rejoice [Strong: 5463 chaírō, khah'-ee-ro; a primary verb; to be "cheer"ful, i.e. calmly happy or well-off; impersonally, especially as salutation (on meeting or parting), be well:—farewell, be glad, God speed, greeting, hail, joy(- fully), rejoice.]

b. [therefore] that  [Strong: hóti, hot'-ee; neuter of G3748 as conjunction; demonstrative, that (sometimes redundant); causative, because:—as concerning that, as though, because (that), for (that), how (that), (in) that, though, why.]

c. [I have] confidence [Strong: 2292 tharrhéō, thar-hreh'-o; another form for G2293; to exercise courage:—be bold, × boldly, have confidence, be confident.]
