John 8:24
I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

b. YLT: I said, therefore, to you, that ye shall die in your sins, for if ye may not believe that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.'
d. Amplified Bible Classic: That is why I told you that you will die in (under the curse of) your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He [Whom I claim to be—if you do not adhere to, trust in, and rely on Me], you will die in your sins.
1. “I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins…”

1). The teaching that Jesus is the only way to heaven and outside of Him there is no salvation, was taught by Christ Himself and his disciples.
a). John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
b). Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
