Romans 15:10
And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.

1). From the beginning it has always been in the plan of God to save the Gentiles as well as the Jews. The plan of redemption that includes all humanity was planned out before the the creation of the universe.
a). 1 Peter 1:18-20 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;
1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
2). Paul begins to cite examples from the Old Testament to prove his case that it was God’s plan all along to save the Gentiles. The example here is Deuteronomy 32:43.
a). Deuteronomy 32:43 Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.
