Malachi 2:12
The LORD will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto the LORD of hosts.

1). Malachi, David M. Levy: The word “treacherously” is used five times in this section (Malachi 2:10, 11, 14, 15, 16) and means to deal deceitfully or unfaithfully with another. The people were unfaithful in their relationships with God and with their family and friends.
