Ezekiel 37:27

 Ezekiel 37:27

My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

1. “My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea…”


a. [My] tabernacle [Strong: 4908 mishkan mish-kawn' from 7931; a residence (including a shepherd's hut, the lair of animals, figuratively, the grave; also the Temple); specifically, the Tabernacle (properly, its wooden walls):--dwelleth, dwelling (place), habitation, tabernacle, tent.]


b. e. [my] people [Strong: 5971 `am am from 6004; a people (as a congregated unit); specifically, a tribe (as those of Israel); hence (collectively) troops or attendants; figuratively, a flock:--folk, men, nation, people.]


1). This is a partial fulfillment.They are brought into their land in unbelief, and then and only then will the spiritual transformation begin. This is shown in the order of the events. After they were brought in they were one nation, not divided. The fulfillment is not complete, but will be fulfilled in the Millennial reign of Christ.


a). Ezekiel 36:24-28  For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.

36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
