And he slew all the priests of the high places that were there upon the altars, and burned men's bones upon them, and returned to Jerusalem.

1). 2 Kings 23:15-20 document Josiah’s going into Israel from Judah. Israel had already been removed from the land approximately 100 years earlier by Syria in 722 B.C (2 Kings 17:6; 17:23).
