Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among us,

a. ASV: Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to draw up a narrative concerning those matters which have been fulfilled among us,

1. “Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration…”

2.  “...of those things which are most surely believed among us,”
