Isaiah 11:4
But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
a. ASV: But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

1. “But with righteousness shall he judge the poor…”

4. “...and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.”

1). God created the universe with the word of his mouth. He spoke it into existence.
a). Psalm 33:6-9 By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, and all their host by the breath of His mouth.
33:7 He gathers the waters of the sea as in a bottle; He puts the deeps in storage places.
33:8 Let all the earth fear the Lord [revere and worship Him]; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.
33:9 For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.
2). The Lord will slay the wicked with the utterance of his words.
