Proverbs 24:11
If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain;
a. ASV: Deliver them that are carried away unto death, And those that are ready to be slain see that thou hold back.
b. YLT: If from delivering those taken to death, And those slipping to the slaughter -- thou keepest back.
c. Classic Amplified: Deliver those who are drawn away to death, and those who totter to the slaughter, hold them back [from their doom].

2. “...and those that are ready to be slain;”

1). This passage Proverbs 24:11, 12 has been applied to the circumstances surrounding
abortion rights in America, and rightfully so. It is ultimately the voting citizen who votes in the Congressmen and Congresswomen, and the Presidents who appoint the upper level Justices who deal with this issue. If the slaughter continues it is because the voting citizen tolerates this practice.
