Deuteronomy 25:17
Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt;

1. “Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way…”
a. 2. “...when ye were come forth out of Egypt;”

1). The phrase “when ye were come forth out of Egypt is not a geographical marker, it is just a frame of reference to when it happened. Israel was already across the Red Sea and not any longer in Egypt when this happened.
