It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

1. “It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord…”

a. [It] seemed [good] [Strong: 1380. dokeo dok-eh'-o a prolonged form of a primary verb, doko dok'-o (used only in an alternate in certain tenses; compare the base of 1166) of the same meaning; to think; by implication, to seem (truthfully or uncertainly):--be accounted, (of own) please(-ure), be of reputation, seem (good), suppose, think, trow.]

b. [unto] us [Strong: 2254. hemin hay-meen' dative case plural of 1473; to (or for, with, by) us:--our, (for) us, we.]

c. 2. “...to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,”

a. [to] send [Strong: 3992. pempo pem'-po apparently a primary verb; to dispatch (from the subjective view or point of departure, whereas hiemi (as a stronger form of eimi) refers rather to the objective point or terminus ad quem, and 4724 denotes properly, the orderly motion involved), especially on a temporary errand; also to transmit, bestow, or wield:--send, thrust in.]

b. chosen [Strong: 1586. eklegomai ek-leg'-om-ahee middle voice from 1537 and 3004 (in its primary sense); to select:--make choice, choose (out), chosen.]

c. men [Strong: 435. aner an'-ayr a primary word (compare 444); a man (properly as an individual male):--fellow, husband, man, sir.]

d. unto [Strong: 4314. pros pros a strengthened form of 4253; a preposition of direction; forward to, i.e. toward (with the genitive case, the side of, i.e. pertaining to; with the dative case, by the side of, i.e. near to; usually with the accusative case, the place, time, occasion, or respect, which is the destination of the relation, i.e. whither or for which it is predicated):--about, according to , against, among, at, because of, before, between, (where-)by, for, X at thy house, in, for intent, nigh unto, of, which pertain to, that, to (the end that), X together, to (you) -ward, unto, with(-in). In the comparative case, it denotes essentially the same applications, namely, motion towards, accession to, or nearness at.]
