And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

1. “And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.”

i. women [Strong: 1135 gynḗ, goo-nay'; probably from the base of G1096; a woman; specially, a wife:—wife, woman.]
