1. “That thou keep this commandment without spot…”

a. [That] thou [Strong: 4571 se seh accusative case singular of 4771; thee:--thee, thou, X thy house.]

b. keep [Strong: 5083 tereo tay-reh'-o from teros (a watch; perhaps akin to 2334); to guard (from loss or injury, properly, by keeping the eye upon; and thus differing from 5442, which is properly to prevent escaping; and from 2892, which implies a fortress or full military lines of apparatus), i.e. to note (a prophecy; figuratively, to fulfil a command); by implication, to detain (in custody; figuratively, to maintain); by extension, to withhold (for personal ends; figuratively, to keep unmarried); by extension, to withhold (for personal ends; figuratively, to keep unmarried):--hold fast, keep(- er), (pre-, re-)serve, watch.]

d. commandment [Strong: 1785 entole en-tol-ay' from 1781; injunction, i.e. an authoritative prescription:--commandment, precept.]

1). What commandment is he saying to keep? To fight the good fight of faith, which involves keeping a good confession because he says he is saying this before Christ Jesus who witnessed a good confession before Pilate.

e. without spot [Strong: 784 aspilos as'-pee-los from 1 (as a negative particle) and 4695; unblemished (physically or morally):--without spot, unspotted.] [Thayer: free from censure, irreproachable, free from vice, unsullied.]

2. “…unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:”

a. unrebukeable [Strong: 423  anepileptos an-ep-eel'-ape-tos from 1 (as a negative particle) and a derivative of 1949; not arrested, i.e. (by implication) inculpable:--blameless, unrebukeable.] [Thayer: not apprehended, that cannot be laid hold of, that cannot be reprehended, not open to censure, irreproachable.]

b. until [Strong: 3360 mechri mekh'-ree or mechris mekh-ris' from 3372; as far as, i.e. up to a certain point (as a preposition, of extent (denoting the terminus, whereas 891 refers especially to the space of time or place intervening) or conjunction):--till, (un-)to, until.]

c. the [Strong: 3588 ho ho, including the feminine he hay, and the neuter to to in all their inflections; the definite article; the (sometimes to be supplied, at others omitted, in English idiom):--the, this, that, one, he, she, it, etc.]

d. appearing [Strong: 2015 epiphaneia ep-if-an'-i-ah from 2016; a manifestation, i.e. (specially) the advent of Christ (past or future):--appearing, brightness.]

e. of our [Strong: 2257 hemon hay-mone' genitive case plural of 1473; of (or from) us:--our (company), us, we.]

f. Lord [Strong: 2962 kurios koo'-ree-os from kuros (supremacy); supreme in authority, i.e. (as noun) controller; by implication, Master (as a respectful title):-- God, Lord, master, Sir.]

g. Jesus [Strong: 2424 Iesous ee-ay-sooce' of Hebrew origin (3091); Jesus (i.e. Jehoshua), the name of our Lord and two (three) other Israelites:--Jesus.]

h. Christ [Strong: 5547 Christos khris-tos' from 5548; anointed, i.e. the Messiah, an epithet of Jesus:--Christ.]

1). We are to keep or obey the commandment to fight the good fight of faith by professing a good confession basically without stopping until the coming of Christ!
