Acts 2:32
This Jesus
hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

Jesus hath God raised up…”

(person, as objective of verb or preposition):--him, the same, that, this.]

(literal or figurative, transitive or intransitive):--arise, lift up, raise up

This Greek word is used in literal or figurative ways. Here in Acts 2:32, as
the context and verses surrounding it clearly verify, it is referring to the
resurrection of Christ. It is also used in a meaning that is referring to
Christ place in the plan of God.

Deuteronomy 18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren,
like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto
them all that I shall command him.

Acts 13:23 Of this man’s seed hath God according to his promise raised unto
Israel a Saviour, Jesus.

Acts 13:33 is often referred to as a verse referring to Christ resurrection,
