d. Amplified Bible: Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely (without pay) you have received, freely (without charge) give.

e. Worrell Translation: Heal the sick; raise the dead; cleanse the lepers; cast out demons; freely ye received, freely give.

1. “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils…”

a. heal [2323 * therapeuo] [Strong:  from the same as 2324; to wait upon menially, i.e. (figuratively) to adore (God), or (specially) to relieve (of disease):--cure, heal, worship.]

b. the sick [770 * astheneo] [Strong: from 772; to be feeble (in any sense):--be diseased, impotent folk (man), (be) sick, (be, be made) weak.]

c. cleanse [2511 * katharizo] [Strong: from 2513; to cleanse (literally or figuratively):--(make) clean(-se), purge, purify.

d. the lepers [3015 * lepros] [Strong: from the same as 3014; scaly, i.e. leprous (a leper):--leper.]

e. raise [1453 * egeiro] [Strong: probably akin to the base of 58 (through the idea of collecting one's faculties); to waken (transitively or intransitively), i.e. rouse (literally, from sleep, from sitting or lying, from disease, from death; or figuratively, from obscurity, inactivity, ruins, nonexistence):--awake, lift (up), raise (again, up), rear up, (a-)rise (again, up), stand, take up.]

f. the dead [3498 * nekros] [Strong: from an apparently primary nekus (a corpse); dead (literally or figuratively; also as noun):--dead.]

g. cast out [1544 * ekballo] [Strong: from 1537 and 906; to eject (literally or figuratively):--bring forth, cast (forth, out), drive (out), expel, leave, pluck (pull, take, thrust) out, put forth (out), send away (forth, out).]

h. devils [1140 * daimonion] [Strong: neuter of a derivative of 1142; a dæmonic being; by extension a deity:--devil, god.]

2. “…freely ye have received, freely give.”

a. freely [1432 * dorean] [Strong: accusative case of 1431 as adverb; gratuitously (literally or figuratively):--without a cause, freely, for naught, in vain.]

b. ye have received [2983 * lambano] [Strong: a prolonged form of a primary verb, which is use only as an alternate in certain tenses; to take (in very many applications, literally and figuratively (properly objective or active, to get hold of; whereas 1209 is rather subjective or passive, to have offered to one; while 138 is more violent, to seize or remove)):--accept, + be amazed, assay, attain, bring, X when I call, catch, come on (X unto), + forget, have, hold, obtain, receive (X after), take (away, up).]

c. freely [1432 * dorean] See “freely” above.

d. give [1325 * didomi] [Strong: a prolonged form of a primary verb (which is used as an alternative in most of the tenses); to give (used in a very wide application, properly, or by implication, literally or figuratively; greatly modified by the connection):--adventure, bestow, bring forth, commit, deliver (up), give, grant, hinder, make, minister, number, offer, have power, put, receive, set, shew, smite (+ with the hand), strike (+ with the palm of the hand), suffer, take, utter, yield.]
