Isaiah 61:7
For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.

Significantly, He stopped the quotation before the mention of the day of vengeance of our God” (verse 2),. The previous verse will harmonize with His first coming, but the day of vengeance referred to His second Coming. By this, Christ signified the difference between the two events and their prophetic fulfillment. As in other millennial passages, the reconstruction of the cities of Israel was prophesied (Isaiah 61:4-6). Not only will the material places be restored but also the people of Israel will be restored as a nation and liens will be serving as servants to them. Israel herself will live as “priests of the LORD” (Isaidh 61:6). Her prosperity included that she would be forgiven her sins and would have a double portion of her inheritance and everlasting joy.To the nations her prosperity will be a token of the Lord’s blessings. The prophet himself describes his joy in the Lord and enumerates the blessings that God has showered on him (isaiah 61:10, 11). These prophecies will be fulfilled primarily in the Millennium.
