1. “The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:”

a. [The] LORD [Strong: 3068 Yᵉhôvâh, yeh-ho-vaw'; from H1961; (the) self-Existent or Eternal; Jeho-vah, Jewish national name of God:—Jehovah, the Lord.]

b. bless [thee] [Strong: 1288 bârak, baw-rak'; a primitive root; to kneel; by implication to bless God (as an act of adoration), and (vice-versa) man (as a benefit); also (by euphemism) to curse (God or the king, as treason):—× abundantly, × altogether, × at all, blaspheme, bless, congratulate, curse, × greatly, × indeed, kneel (down), praise, salute, × still, thank.]

The Chumash Rabbinic Commentary, Numbers 6:24: May God give you the many blessings that are specified in the Torah, such as those mentioned in Deuteronomy 28:1-14, that Israel be triumphant over its enemies and superior to other nations, that is crops be abundant and healthy.(Sifre). May your possessions increase (Rashi), as well as the days of your life (Ibn Ezra). Though it is clear that in the Divine scheme and in Israel’s aspirations such material benefits are secondary to spiritual success. (Sfomo).

6:13 Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God, and serve him, and shalt swear by his name.

6:14 Ye shall not go after other gods, of the gods of the people which are round about you;

6:15 (For the Lord thy God is a jealous God among you) lest the anger of the Lord thy God be kindled against thee, and destroy thee from off the face of the earth.
