Colossians 1:19

For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

1. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;

a. For it pleased [the] Father] [2106 * eudokeo] [Strong:  from 2095 and 1380; to think well of, i.e. approve (an act); specially, to approbate (a person or thing):--think good, (be well) please(-d), be the good (have, take) pleasure, be willing.]

b. that [3754 * hoti] [Strong: neuter of 3748 as conjunction; demonstrative, that (sometimes redundant); causative, because:--as concerning that, as though, because (that), for (that), how (that), (in) that, though, why.]
