They gather themselves together
against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

against the soul of the righteous…”

gather (selves together, self in troops), cut selves.]

1). The description
of “throne of iniquity” of course could be applied to many governments, but its
description is given here. The “throne of iniquity” gathers against the
righteous and condemns to death the innocent.
