c. of the righteous [6662 * tsaddiyq] [Strong: from 6663; just:--just, lawful, righteous (man).]

2. “…and condemn the innocent blood.”

a. and condemn [7561 * rasha’] [Strong:  a primitive root; to be (causatively, do or declare) wrong; by implication, to disturb, violate:--condemn, make trouble, vex, be (commit, deal, depart, do) wicked(-ly, -ness).]

b. the innocent [5355 * naqiy] [Strong: from 5352; innocent:--blameless, clean, clear, exempted, free, guiltless, innocent, quit.]

c. blood [1818 * dam] [Strong: from 1826 (Compare 119); blood (as that which when shed causes death) of man or an animal; by analogy, the juice of the grape; figuratively (especially in the plural) bloodshed (i.e. drops of blood):--blood(-y, -guiltiness, (-thirsty), + innocent.]

1). The description of “throne of iniquity” of course could be applied to many governments, but its description is given here. The “throne of iniquity” gathers against the righteous and condemns to death the innocent.
