Ephesians 1:10
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
a. NLT: And this is the plan: At the right time he will bring everything together under the authority of Christ—everything in heaven and on earth.

1. “That in the dispensation of the fulness of times…”
a. That in [Strong: 1519 eis ice a primary preposition; to or into (indicating the point reached or entered), of place, time, or (figuratively) purpose (result, etc.); also in adverbial phrases:--(abundant-)ly, against, among, as, at, (back-)ward, before, by, concerning, + continual, + far more exceeding, for (intent, purpose), fore, + forth, in (among, at, unto, -so much that, -to), to the intent that, + of one mind, + never, of, (up-)on, + perish, + set at one again, (so) that, therefore(-unto), throughout, til, to (be, the end, -ward), (here-)until(-to), ...ward, (where-)fore, with. e. of times [Strong: 2540 kairos kahee-ros' of uncertain affinity; an occasion, i.e. set or proper time:--X always, opportunity, (convenient, due) season, (due, short, while) time, a while.]
1). Albert Barnes Commentary: The fulness of times - When the times were fully completed; when all the periods should have passed by which he had prescribed, or judged necessary to the completion of the object. The period referred to here is that when all things shall be gathered together in the Redeemer at the winding up of human affairs, or the consummation of all things. The arrangement was made with reference to that, and embraced all things which conduced to that. The plan stretched from before "the foundation of the world" to the period when all times should be completed; and of course all the events occurring in that intermediate period were embraced in the plan.
2). The fact that all things in Christ in heaven and earth are being gathered reveals that it is speaking of after the thousand year reign of Christ and the beginning of the perfect age.
2. “…he might gather together in one all things in Christ…”
a. he might gather together in one [Strong: 346 anakephalaiomai an-ak-ef-al-ah'-ee-om-ahee from 303 and 2775 (in its original sense); to sum up:--briefly comprehend, gather together in one.]
