And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.

kingdom [Strong: 932. basileia bas-il-i'-ah from 935; properly, royalty, i.e. (abstractly) rule, or (concretely) a realm (literally or figuratively):--kingdom, + reign.]

1). The thief who had previously blasphemed Christ, opened his repentant heart and asked for mercy and forgiveness, and Christ doing what he came to earth to do received the man into the kingdom of heaven and God.
