John 17:21
That they all may be one; as thou,
Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us:
that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
a. NLT: I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as
you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world
will believe you sent me.
b. NIV: that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and
I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have
sent me.
c. YLT: that they all may be one, as Thou Father art in
me, and I in Thee; that they also in us may be one, that the world may believe
that Thou didst send me.
d. Amplified Bible: That they all may be one, [just] as You, Father,
are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may
believe and be convinced that You have sent Me.
e. Worrell Translation: that they may all be one, even as Thou, Father,
art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be in us; that the world may
believe that Thou didst send Me.
