Leviticus 1:10
And if his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish.

1). The different kinds of animals were because of the different financial abilities of the people.
a). The rich: a bull from the herd: Leviticus: 1:5.
b). Middle Class: a male sheep from the herd: Leviticus 1:10.
c). Poor: two turtle doves or young pigeons: Leviticus 1:14.
