Leviticus 12:5

But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days.

a. ASV: But if she bear a maid-child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her impurity; and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days.

1. “But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks…”

a. d. [she shall be] unclean [Strong: 2930 ṭâmêʼ, taw-may'; a primitive root; to be foul, especially in a ceremonial or moral sense (contaminated):—defile (self), pollute (self), be (make, make self, pronounce) unclean, × utterly.]

e. two weeks [Strong: 7620 shâbûwaʻ, shaw-boo'-ah; or שָׁבֻעַ shâbuaʻ; also (feminine) שְׁבֻעָה shᵉbuʻâh; properly, passive participle of H7650 as a denominative of H7651; literally, sevened, i.e. a week (specifically, of years):—seven, week.]

3. “...and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days.”
