1836; thereafter, i.e. consecutively; as a noun (by ellipsis of noun) a

g. village [2968 * kome] [Strong: from 2749; a

1). This refers to every city and village of
Galilee. After Jesus left Nazareth he moved to Capernaum and ministered all
through Galilee.
a). Matthew 4:13-17 And
leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast,
in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:
4:14 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by
Esaias the prophet, saying,
4:15 The land of Zabulon, and the land of
Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;
4:16 The people which sat in darkness saw great
light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung
up.
4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to
say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

affinity; a deity, especially (with 3588) the supreme Divinity; figuratively, a
magistrate; by Hebraism, very:--X exceeding, God, god(-ly, -ward).]
1). From Luke 8:1 and Matthew 4:13-17 we see that
Jesus ministered all over Galilee and his ministry included mighty miracles.
a). Matthew 11:20-24 Then
began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done,
because they repented not:
11:21 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee,
Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in
Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.
11:22 But I say unto you, It shall be more
tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.
11:23 And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto
heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been
done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.
11:24 But I say unto you, That it shall be more
tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee.
4. “…and the twelve were with him,”
a. and [2532 * kai] [Strong: apparently, a

instrumentality, addition, etc.:--beside, with. In composition it has similar
applications, including completeness.
d. him [846 * autos] [Strong: from the particle
au (perhaps akin to the base of 109 through the idea of a baffling wind) (backward);
the reflexive pronoun self, used (alone or in the comparative 1438) of the
third person , and (with the proper personal pronoun) of the other
persons:--her, it(-self), one, the other, (mine) own, said, (self-), the) same,
((him-, my-, thy- )self, (your-)selves, she, that, their(-s), them(-selves),
there(-at, - by, -in, -into, -of, -on, -with), they, (these) things, this
(man), those, together, very, which.]
1). Have you ever wondered who paid for this
ministry tour? Part of the supply that God provided for this ministry was
through the women who followed the ministry team throughout Galilee.
a). Luke 23:49 And all his acquaintance, and the women that
followed him from Galilee, stood afar off, beholding these things.
b). Matthew 27:55, 56 And many women were there
beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him:
27:56 Among which was Mary Magdalene, and Mary
the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedees children.
c). Luke 8:3 And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's
steward, and Susanna, and many others, which ministered unto him of their
substance.
