Judges 16:28

And Samson called unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes.

1). During the time when (probably about a year, depending on the time it takes for hair to grow back), Samson surely repented before God for his rebellious behavior, for we see this in his prayer his calling out to the Lord GOD. For this one act of faith in destroying the temple of Dagon and killing everyone in it including himself, Samson is included in the Hall of Faith in Hebrews 11.

a). Hebrews 11:32-34 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:

33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions.

34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
